Since the last Appellate Moderator was rudely promoted to Administrator, we've been in need of a new one.
As such, I'm pleased to announce @Settings as our new Appellate Moderator.
For those unaware, the Appellate Moderator has the same roles & responsibilities as a regular moderator, but with the added requirement to handle user appeals.
