Usergroup Switching.

For a while, only if you had registered member as primary or secondary, you were allowed to switch between usergroups. I've added this to all groups, so request on it aren't needed as you can now do yourself . Not sure why it's been like this for so long.

Please remember, you are not able to switch between 2 groups if registered member is one of them. Ie. Donator/Registered won't work. Donator/Vet would work. Vet/registered won't work. X/Registered/X will work. If needed I will create a dummy group, but I doubt it's needed .
