Just saw some clips of the first one and didn't like it and the expanse, it's okay but just not my type. Need more action/thriller type if im pointing in the right direction

Doesn't have to be pure action crap but abit, anything out there that's like arrow/flash/legends of tomorrow?

I've started Rules of Engagement, and it's fairly enjoyable. It starts off slow with the Joe Swanson voice guy, but it grows on you

Have a look at Supergirl or if you haven't yet seen it smallville is an old show but really good

Friends is good... An old show similar to friends is "Cheers"... I used to watch it in the morning after night shift before going to bed.
For Sci Fi you should watch Stargate SG-1.
