Trolling rule clarified/added.

As some of you know, the aggravating rule was referred to as time as "no trolling allowed" but "officially" there was never one. Therefor I have created such a rule with a 2 point infraction that last 3 months .

Trolling - You are not allowed to posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic message with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion

I'm going to clear post and make a quick statement since people seem to be confused.

This is NOT a new rule, it is CLARIFIED from aggravating. Nothing has changed, we only act on severe cases of trolling as we always had. I prefer there to be a system, a system where when something is done there is always something somewhere officially stating how-so.
