Welcome to RuneRebels!
RuneRebels is a very well-known private server whose sole purpose by its staff and development team is to replicate RuneScape exactly the way it was in the year 2006. We've succeeded thus far with lots of help from previous staff and developers, as well as a handful of new developers we were lucky enough to stumble upon, and even a vast amount of the MoparScape staff team!

We have three VPS' running three separate worlds: two member worlds and one non-member world. Our VPS' all have anti-DDoS protection on them.
Please also note that any members content is absolutely free and requires no payment for any of our members within our community.

I don't mean like that, but yes. Low rates right? Very low please, the home HAS to be Lumbridge or else it isn't a remake. :/ No donation benefits in game as well... Unless it is EXACTLY like the Runescape membership system which opens the members world... so it's either everything or nothing. (F2P for all but you can still donate for benefits on the forums)

It's hosted at his house. We will be moving the site/database/server to a vps before launch/open beta.

There isn't going to be a 'home' You will start off in tutorial island, and you will need to complete that before being able to do anything else.

As for the xp rates. We're still discussing them, but we want it to be faster then runescapes, but slow enough so that we don't have a bunch of level 126's running around.

We can't do memberships and everything. We have talked about doing a f2p world along with a p2p world. So you can choose which you'd like to play as.

But they aren't making everything identical to RuneScape. They are extremely buggy and unstable. We are not buggy and are extremely stable.
