I am making those post to search for a good investment opportunity.

I am looking for an already up and running server : community that just lacks the funds of getting advertisements and exposure.

I want to jump straight into a community. I will buy in with equity, and pay for all the advertisements.

Yes it sounds to good to be true maybe, but in return I would want to see a return on my costs AFTER the server becomes profitable. Ide also like a say on certain things (not all things, I just want my word to mean something) within the community and have a good team around me that’s determined to make something successful and it in for the long haul. I don’t expect to get rich off this or get my money back even. I just want to be apart of something that has potential and see it grow and simply be apart of it.

No I will not ask for anything up front or a hand out of any kind.

If you're on the hunt for a server with a high value and potential for good profits, let me tell you, they're pretty scarce. These days, big RSPS don't even need investors. They kick off by assembling a project with respected members from the community. They just toss a few hundred bucks to host it, and bam, they're making serious cash – like $10,000 to $20,000 a week, especially with those custom servers. If you're only tossing in a couple of hundred bucks, don't expect anyone to jump at the offer without knowing the ins and outs of RSPS. There are a few big names here who've hosted their projects successfully, while some have left theirs to gather dust. But there are also those who give it another shot every now and then. Here's hoping you stumble upon one with real potential. But hey, if you've got a decent budget, why not consider hiring a developer to craft a server that suits your tastes and run it yourself? Good luck out there!
