RSC with some qol (orsc based)

This is few years old version of openrsc, not sure if it can pull the updates since then from git without issues.
(Note: as this is old there is differences in the database compared to new one, which makes this not work with rsc2rs2 tool I recently released)
Dont really see myself working on it, and its just been sitting on my pc, so thought about posting it here. [Though it has been available to atleast openrsc devs, back when I was working on it]

Stuff I have done:
- quite a bit of qol changes to UI (designed to work with openrsc cabbage with custom UI enabled)
- added 8-bit rs music
- server has support for real playerbots (instead of npcbots, which was atleast what openrsc was using at the time for pkbots)
^I didnt end up making a full bot system as didnt know what rsc street prices for items should be nor did I know how ppl used to pk in rsc.

The UI changes look very tastefully done. Having music is a huge plus as well.
