Had some combat dummies and did vyres at around 1.1m def/h, had bonus xp in cons so it was around 3.8m/h. Normal sleep but had friday and monday off so those gave me a few extra hours. Double xp is from friday 12pm till monday 12pm so its a bit more than 2 days

People dont really understand it but it takes a minute to gear up and get there and its always free unlike places like abyss
