Updates 26/9/15

*Updated drop rates, some were just ridiculous.
*Re-added the ::skullme command.
*Added a "Dicing" area at :: dice.
*"Players online" Now updates automatically.
*Added ::forums command.
*Added ::vote command.
*Fixed Fight Caves bug, the mini-game now starts when clicking it in the dialogues.
*Vote has been added. (Partially)
*::resettask has been added. Although it charges 10 Slayer points.
*King Black Dragon & Chaos Elemental are no longer Aggressive. (Meaning they no longer attack you first)
*All Revenants are no longer aggressive as well.
*Sir Kay & Sir Lucan Shop bug has been fixed.
*Your slayer task now updates automatically.
*Fixed the RFD chest bug to where you couldn't use it when you relog, you now can.
*Removed Rocktails from Food Store and moved them into the RFD Minigame Chest.

Bigger & Better updates will be coming out soon. These are practically just a few fixes that the server needed.
