PJA #459 Reupload

Was digging around my old hdds and found this, had some memories of this revision and so I googled it and found that all links were dead, and even pics too.

Anyways I figured I'd reupload it to the public, maybe someone will have a use for it. I've also updated the xstream lib so you won't have a crash error on startup. Should be ready to go out of the box basically.
