Osdc 2.0.11

I got a request from someone today for a link to the OSDC paid version, but I discovered Haledam discontinued sales on his tool and released the final version with the MIT licence. It's been an invaluable tool for my map editor so I figured I should post it here for everyone to get use out of.

Patch 2.0.11

• Uses json instead of txt for xteas now (will work with Polar's releases)
• Fixed issue with animations
• Can now dump xteas again
• Updated license

UPDATE
The program is now retired as of today. I updated the license, it's licensed under MIT so you're free to modify/redistribute the software. If you do use it, all I ask for is credits.

If you purchased the tool, you can download it for free on sellfy.

I didn't do a ton of testing on here but it seems to be working fine wtih #177 data
