New Vote and Highscores Modification !

I need:

  [*=center]A new authorization Vote system that can be implemented in game as well
  
  [*=center]A modification to my highscores that allows users to select the highscores page based on which game mode is being used(A dropdown menu that allows you to select one of the XP rates and shows you the highscores for that XP rate). Again, this must be implemented in-game too but the XP rate system itself is already there.
  

I'm willing to pay quite well for this, and I'm looking for a high quality service as opposed to a cheap one!
