need help finding development tools

I got a rsps for osrs. are there any tool that i can use to edit files, (item prices and npc locations, map editor). Any Help would be appreciated.

also im not sure what type of cache i have can anyone help me find that out? Which of the files below would i select when i do find a item editor etc.

Download an IDE like Intellij. Edit the stuff you want in there. Ur using the top folder "cache". Tools like RSPSI for map editors . The rest of the tools will cost you $$.

I have been having fun manipulating drop etc from intellij. But i canot get RSPI to work at all.
