I was in a project and was tasked to find all the new changes with the RuneScape client and port the project to 876. THIS IS NOT THAT SAME PROJECT! This release is strictly Matrix only and their original release code. Nothing else is done to this server besides the 876 changes. I'm releasing this to take away the egotistical attitudes of those who think they're 'badass' because they paid someone to do this same thing. Everything is pretty much working

I have faith that the community will start using 876 and get away from 831 and keep building RuneScape 3. Like mgi said here

Enjoy this release and make a good use of it - it would be really nice to see all this work being used by a big server where players can enjoy all the countless gameplay options that were created.
This release is basically a goodbye - we have helped rsps to move forward and now we're passing it to YOU, it's YOUR turn to do something!

I also did this to find all the new changes Jagex brought to their client, which I also found a lot of interesting stuff (i like learning). I've done all that I wanted to do, it'd be cool if someone could take this one and finish the small tedious changes.

Please Note
Not everything is fully converted to 876 but anybody could easily do the small changes such as button ids. All the content that was in the Matrix release can still be found in this release.

*update*
people are trying to mix the v1 and v2 together expecting everything to work accordingly. please make sure you are using 876 v1 stuff with this release. jagex had more than one sub revision update for 876 introducing the christmas stuff at the time.

if you are having issues with lzma, you need to add https://www.rune-server.ee/runescap...rver/snippets/646959-rs-lzma-compression.html to your build path. java errors literally tell you the error

theres an application you can use in matrix that edits the cache.

Certainly, however every single release basically from you was framework, the worst part of all was that they're not even that different from each-other. I'll be honest though, framework is not that difficult to do. It's just very time consuming. This however certainly is something many more people will benefit from.

Amazing release jordan and amazing work as always. This revision is a very fun one to play with, lot's of new interfaces (bank, summoning, action bar, etc.) that make game play a lot more enjoyable. Hope to see m ore 876 servers out there
