After some discussion, I've decided to change the length and points for most infractions. I may have not fully seen a larger picture, but we all make mistakes. Here is the updated counter(s).

They will not, sadly. If you've received an infraction between 2/23/11->3/15/11 make an appeal and link this topic with your infraction and it'll be handled.
