Hello and a warm welcome to all!

We're excited to announce our plans for "GodzHell Reborn," a project that harks back to the origins of 2011, meticulously revitalized for the modern era of RSPS. Our goal is to infuse the game with contemporary client enhancements, including resizable interfaces, while preserving the essence of its classic charm as faithfully as possible.

At GodzHell Reborn, our community means everything. We strive to foster a welcoming environment where players are treated like family, distinguishing us from the typical RSPS experience. We're committed to recapturing that unparalleled, classic RSPS ambiance that many of us hold dear.

With significant core updates, we're setting the stage for a stable and lively gaming experience, scheduled to go live this summer. We're looking forward to reuniting with veteran players and welcoming newcomers to the GodzHell Reborn family. There's still plenty of work ahead, but we're thrilled about the journey and the chance to share it with you.

August 20, 2023
Fixed an issue where the NPC hit packet would loop incorrectly.
Corrected the "ranarmor" command to eliminate the need for logging out.
Adjusted the "tele" command to prevent disconnections when executed improperly.
Completed the second bank.
Disabled x10 damage multiplier.
October 16, 2023
Improved NPC animations for smoother interactions.
Implemented the on-demand system for cache efficiency.
Began skill revamp, starting with farming.
Expanded the item database to include up to 11,673 items, covering everything up to void outfits.
February 16, 2024
Resolved map loading issues for TDs.
Added resizable client commands: "::fixed", "::resize", "::chat", ":ptab", "::tab".
Introduced adjustable draw distance via ":rawdistance [number]".
Started development on the guide dialogue.
Fixed the quest cape emote functionality.
Overhauled the player handler to prevent crashes.

Added equipment interface for viewing item stats.
Transitioned to a RuneLite style launcher to facilitate future RuneLite support.
Fixed mouse offset and interface rendering in both fixed and resize modes.

Addressed an issue where NPCs could crash the attacker's client.
Corrected the appearance of side icons.

Updated NPC/player UpdateMasks to fix update issues.

Replaced school girls in Barbarian Village with barbarian women.
Added drops for imps and Falador guards.
Introduced 3rd and 4th click interactions for NPCs.
Fixed item interaction with NPCs.
Implemented NPC transformation capabilities and ensured NPCs face their attackers.

Enhanced woodcutting and gem cutting mechanics.
Refined item addition and deletion methods in the code, including a new "deleteitem2" method.
Began integration of the old crown system to facilitate donations.
Adjusted the cycle time from 500ms to 600ms for improved game performance.

Optimized the on-demand system for faster loading times.
Focused on fixing issues with 525 objects for enhanced stability.

Refined mining and woodcutting to utilize a cycle event, supporting proper Global Objects for a better gameplay experience.

Improved crafting by fixing the issue of objects being used from afar.
Updated the interaction system for objects with the addition of the 4th and introduction of the 5th click packet.

replaced the noob armour shop with a combat supply shop.
redid the magic shop to have more items.

Fixed Item pickup bug should work properly now
fixed the region class and added support for the facing of the object to mining and woocutting
added a check to see if the object is a worldobject. if not the click wont work

Resizable is finally finished.

Changed fishhing, cutting gems and woodcutting to use a cycle event, also changed the server process to a more inline tick system.

Fixed the offset on clicking on stuff, added the fix for the frame sprite in fixed screen.
reworked smelting and smething so it uses a cycle event.
reworked the item pickup packet to use a cycle event

i have done other things i went back to reborn because i wanted it to live again been working my ass off on other projects that were not mine for 2 years now i need my own time ;p

Looks like there is no server validation going on? At 433 seconds The rock changes to the incorrect object id for depleted and then resets back to a different id and it looks still able to be mined.

If you are going through to redoing the skills and stuff, as someone who had worked with battlescape/czars in the past, most of those systems would probably be better off just being removed entirely.

Same for the client, back then changes were minimal, you would be better starting off with a more updated 317 client (renamed and more complete) and then just porting any of the custom stuff over.

Is this still thread per client?

ite because i had the osrs stump id and its loading 508 objects so it was fixed after this video was made i ripped out the whole shitty woodcutting and mining and added proper object support just need to fix the region system so i can get the facing working right.

Been put on hold for another project of ours, reborn is still in the plans but no updates plan for a while.. keeping the server online while i do the project.
 
Awesome, this was really a nostalgic era of RSPS, with the teleports being in the emotes tab, love it!

what made GodzHell wasn't the server itself it was the players it always has been. I lost my way some years back, I'm sorry and i finally got out of that loop, so why not bring my baby back, yes guys reborn is here to stay :p more updating coming trust me it's just on hold right now because we don't want any income. the one thing that forced us to shut our doors was how unstable the server was, also no donations were coming in because I ever ran it like rsps these days i wouldn't bought it back, yes im traxxas from ghreborn back in 2011 ghreborn is here to stay. we do not want donations to reborn till the other project is up and running.

the core is stable its been online for 2 months without issues people come and go. everyone is welcome to see how it fells now, its now able to run good. still planning on going live this summer alot of stuff still in the works.
