OSRS Fog making walls transparent (Vencillio)

So I used this https://rune-server.org/threads/valius-205.702595/ and packed the 205 Data into my vencillio project and this is happening, however when I try running the server and client provided in that download the same error occurs. Anyone know what is causing this? I cannot figure it out.
Also my character stops being able to move. Not looking to be spoonfed but any help in right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I've added the data to the server as well so not sure whats going on.

it looks the cache is fucked up, the stuctures has diffrent colors so, maybe fix the maps first?

Thanks for the reply. I fixed it by repacking data even though the first time I had no corruption errors.
