Well done Valentino keep it up man ima have to start bulking soon myself ive lost so much gains from doing nothing and reducing my caloric intake, whats your diet?

It depends man. Most of the time just iifym. I'm around 3300kcals arm with 160gr protein and 80-90gr good fats.

Last week 82,7kg.

Been a while, I know how to get rid of that skin between your biceps and forearms, i had it forever if you want some pointers on that. :p Other than that, keep up the good work.

Anyways i'm gonna start my cut next week, 3 april.
Trying to hit the single digit bf again :)
 
catch up to haider lol hes like 65kg and ur arms are waayy smaller then his good gains tho

I'm not catching up with anyone. Trying to improve myself day by day. Triceps and chest have been always my weak point. I'm also striving for that aesthetics physique combined with some strengt (e.g. 170kg squats, 220 deadlift etc)

Looking good man, keeping me motivated to keep hitting the gym myself. oreos are so good tho..
