Use some stronger shading and lighting in areas, intensify the center point of your lighting. Also, your shadow is misplaced, it should be on the other side of the body. You can see where the light source is coming from from the lighting on his jawline, yet the shadow portrays it coming from the opposite side.

I really like the scratches on the eye, and the entire facial structure is pretty good, I'd love to see you draw a frontal view.
