DATclient 10 (fullscreen) - final release

OK - here it is, the DATclient 10 fullscreen release, along with the server. Please post any bugs with the server or the client - and enjoy! (download at bottom)

- F1 yells
- Use the 'start menu' to minimize stuff
- when it first loads, you might need to select your size from the 'view' menu, otherwise it will load with my resolution
- use scroll bar on the mouse to zoom in and out
- everything else is pretty self-explanetory
