Changing a single sprite gives error (in lobby, 667 server)

I want to change the banner in the lobby, currently it looks like this:

I found what sprite number the "refeer a friend" text is, its sprite number 7662 frame 0.

Now what I did was I put it in photoshop and edited it to my liking, then i packed it into the cache but when I start the client, it gave me this error:

error crc -1958858471, -618371339

And the old "Refer a friend" loaded up.

How can I fix this?

Weird, what format did you save your image in, PNG or JPG?
