anyone got a command for1hit/max hit 667/718?

title pretty much sums it up I am looking for a 1hit / max hit command for admins

but recently getting back in and cant for the life of me even think of how id do it right now

i thank anyone who helps regardless will post if i get the command figured out.

also saw a server once using a 'Perfect' ring item to get super high stats
