Hello, I'm reuploading the map editor that i had saved on my laptop, (i tihnk this one was made by peterbjornx) as ive seen alot of requests for it out there.

Tool button meanings:

S - Select
PO- Paint Overlay
PU- Paint Underlay
FO- Fill Overlay
FU- Fill Underlay
HM- Raise height
HS- Set height
HFO- Fill height within overlay
HFU- Fill height within underlay
AS- Apply setting bits

Tool actions when CTRL is down:
PO- Overlay pippet
PU- Underlay pippet
HM- Lower height
HS- Height pippet
HFO- Height pippet
HFU- Height pippet

Jagex - 30% or so (maps and runescape belongs to them.)
