The objective of this project's to get the great community runescape had in 2007 back, to get players to have fun, not for pay to play, or pay for benefits. Everyone will can play for free, and enjoy the game. The server's at pre-alpha state, then you can spawn, and set level, to find glitches and report, post suggestions...

That's funny how people confund dedicated developer, with leech, if you know a bit about coding, you can see most of the updates, isn't hard to do, and can take 5 minutes to done.

25x not sure if it's only during pre-alpha though.

I don't understand the purpose of turning a rev #317 server into a rev #474 (2007) instead of just using an actual rev # 474.

Especially when most of the #474 packets are known.

I said i added 99% spawns and 99% shops, i didnt said i did this one, i've get cfg with it sir.

honestly this is nothing like 07, this has no player base, no eco, nothing, just a bunch of spawns, and the server is coded very poorly. good luck

There are auto-spawn cfg's out there for PI, but it doesn't have nearly as much as you stated. You're also ignoring everything else he said.
