The experience be will lower than 10x it would take the fun out of it if the experience was that high. Also if it was that high all of the lower level items would become worthless because you could get everything so easy and you could get things like 85 slayer very easy making the economy unstable.
What i've heard from most people except a select few is that they rather have a low experience rate. I would never even consider a 20x experience rate. Do you know how fast the levels would be you would get to the higher level content within a day and anything lower than that would be worthless. A remake is meant to have an economy and doesn't have to be like all of the other servers.
