Dear members!
As you may know, our TopList has been a victim of vote bots for long time.
We have decided to pay more attention to TopList voting and try to make the voting as fair as possible.
Because of this, all detected cheaters will be infracted and votes will be reset.

Kind of seems like a bandaid solution since you're reacting instead of preventing. Why not take the opportunity to outsource the problem to the community and create a resolve for the issue?
what ever solution you create can be replicated with a bot, runelocus toplist is a good example ikikii has done many changes and people still cheat.
