EDIT: Solved it Having the same issue as here. Recently added 131 data and the new items, eg twisted bow, spawn fine but upon some actions (eg bank opening, swapping its inventory position with another item) cause it to change into an ancient staff. Pretty sure this is server sided as before...

Have full Ahrim's (hood, body, skirt, wand, book) and ancient magicks. Decided to use Bloodfire Burst mainhand and Ice Burst offhand. Basically, legit. Bloodfire burst heals you 5% of damage you do. Ice Burst: Immobilizes target. Pretty perfect combo Pictures: Removed for safety.
