From what I understand from OSRS design streams, they still have to define all the vertex groups manually for new NPCs. Would be super useful if you could auto generate them based on weights though.

It doesn't support the 667/718 cache but I have plugins that are for caches that load 667/718 maps and data in 317 format. Just updated the main thread with a bunch of new images :)
