    I'm looking to buy a server which can perform the following tasks.

    - Login
    - Basic Player Rendering local and remote players if isWithinArea(localPlayer)
    - Basic Movement (walk around and build new BuildAreas when needed)
    - Be able to click a tree, walk to it, and not start woodcutting until the player is actually next to the tree

    Here's the caveat,
    - The server must be made using Java
    - No use of any third party libraries such as Netty, NIO etc
    - Should be single-threaded

    I don't care too much about how efficient it is in terms of hardware performance, I'm more so interested in the logic.
    Feel free to rip the logic from other servers as long as the woodcutting system is solid and not buggy and follows the requirements listed above.

    For clarification, you want someone to, from scratch, make a Java server that cannot use any external networking library and has to be fully async?
